They ranked 20 Xiaomi phones based on their battery capacities in milliampere-hours (mAh). The analysis categorized the phones into two groups: those with the largest and smallest battery capacities. In the category of phones with the largest battery, models like Redmi 10 Power, Poco C40, Redmi 9T, and others had a capacity of 6,000 mAh. On the other hand, in the category of phones with the smallest battery, entry-level models like Redmi 6A and Mi 9 Explorer had a capacity of around 3,000 mAh. A larger battery capacity generally results in longer battery life, although other factors like hardware specifications (especially SoC and display) and user habits also play a role. In terms of battery capacity, Xiaomi ranked fifth among all brands, with a median capacity of 5,000 mAh. Ulefone secured the first position with a median battery capacity of 6,600 mAh, followed by Doogee with 5,500 mAh and Blackview with 5,180 mAh. Apple claimed the top spot in the category of small battery capacities, with a median capacity of 3,187 mAh. However, Apple has never officially disclosed detailed battery capacities, which have only been revealed through third-party reports, such as the China regulatory database for certain iPhone 15 series models.
