Kemenkominfo Forms Anti-Hoax Task Force for Peaceful 2024 Elections

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kemenkominfo) has established an Anti-Hoax Task Force to ensure peaceful elections in 2024. This task force will communicate with the public and label any misinformation as hoaxes. The ministry aims to prevent the spread of hoaxes that can disrupt the electoral process. Kemenkominfo will remain neutral and rely on existing regulations to handle hoax cases, allowing anyone who feels defamed to report it.
