Vivo Y100i Smartphone with 12GB RAM and 512GB Internal Storage Introduced in China

Vendor Vivo has officially unveiled its latest device, the Vivo Y100i, in the Chinese market. The smartphone from the Y-series features a 5,000mAh battery and MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chip with an octa-core CPU. Its main attraction lies in its large memory capacity with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The Vivo Y100i offers larger storage options compared to its sibling, the Y100. It also comes with a larger 6.64-inch flat LCD screen with Full HD resolution. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 2MP camera, and an LED flash. The device runs on Origin OS 3 based on Android 13 and supports 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, dual nano-SIM, a 3.5mm audio jack, USB-C port, GPS, fingerprint scanner, and IP54 water and dust resistance certification. The Vivo Y100i is priced at 1,599 yuan (approximately Rp 3.5 million) for the single variant of 12/512 GB, which is cheaper than the Vivo Y100 with the same configuration. The initial sales of the Vivo Y100i will be in China, and it is not yet known if it will be released globally.
